Environmental damage
I used to walk in the streets of the hometown I grew up breathing and gasping for fresh air and I used to do this since I was very young. Forty years later I am still gasping for fresh air and I feel I can do little to change the environment for the generations to come as I sadly look at construction towers all over when I look out through the window hoping that my home is not the one being demolished, and, hoping I do not get another contravention for some stupid reason that the enforcement agency thinks or deems fit to find me faulty for without recognizing its own errors of interpretation.
I still walk in the streets and I find many others who seem human like me, doing the same, breathing so I assume they are conscious of their connection to the environment.
These are the goals politicians agreed, but will anyone commit to them?

Insights about technology
I have recently taken up a teacher's role, and, I was enthusiastic, notwithstanding the tight deadlines to prove that I am able to present myself to an audience on the topic of technology. Technology in the last decade has evolved and has spared no bolt, its benefits include automation to reduce repetitive tasks that can be carried out by robots or bots, and, the ultimate benefit is that through cost economics the organisation saves costs because technology supports the notion of time being gained back and this can be invested in other productive activities, such as organisational research.
No estimates were found on how much time people use at the workplace that are not supported by artificial intelligence, however such market insights would be useful to highlight the advantages being proposed herewith. Commentaries indicate that people are sceptic about technology and thus the human operator is still a role required by many organisations to tackle information requests and other conflicts that may happen with the organisation, as people struggle to understand the depth of their services, amongst other reasons. Technology does help with providing layers of information in a transparent manner so that people who are intelligent enough to search are made familiar with how the organisation works.
Organisational research itself is researched, not merely as an attempt to monitor and control employees, but also to make better use of the time spent at work in fulfilling activities that are productive and add to the value chain of the business model.
An organisation under study uses online services to encourage its employees to work from home, and, this provides the employees with flexibility in working and brainstorming particularly as they plan their activities. The idea is that they are prepared to go to work and deliver as soon as they are at the workplace. Some organisations cannot support this model of working for all employees because work has to be carried out at the worksite, and, other work requires facilites that are available only at the workplace, therefore flexi-working has to be taken with a pinch of salt.
Research on workplaces is carried out regularly by analysts, where some have reported mental health issues, and, the need for policies to tackle bullying. Research requires time and carries with it a cost, and, few organisations can afford to carry out research first hand, or to purchase research for the purpose of organisational improvement, this is a factor that is of concern to the scope of research of improving the workplace itself.
Other research is available in depth online.

Fairy tale
Once upon a time, I went to school, and, I learnt the art of programming, so I typed up a few notes hoping someone would notice my ideas and propose financing for them, unfortunately, I received very vague replies to my proposals, and, I felt very disappointed, to understand that the social circle of market competition is controlled by politicians, actually.
Eventually, it was found that some people used insider trading to steer others out of competition and that was the cause of the problem, it was intrinsic, unfortunately.
The history of business in Malta, is probably one that reminds us of merchant shipping (looting), and over the years we have simply formed alliances to legitimize this trade. Much has been written about construction owners and their zeal for profit, hoping to attract foreign markets and surprisingly their campaign was met with very cheeky cancellation of holidays by travellers from the United Kingdom along with some acts of very dire lack of professionalism from analyts employed locally whose occupational and professional responsibility was tainted with shadows of accusations of corruption and inethical practices since young age, whilst mental health concerns are in research it is observed.
